Thank you for your interest in a Montessori education for your child at Keystone Montessori School! Please fill in the application and submit. After submission, we will be in contact to set up a tour and observation (school year only). The admission and enrollment process is as follows

Admissions Process at Keystone Montessori

  1. Submit an Application for Admission
    Start by submitting your application so we can tailor your tour to your family’s specific needs.

  2. Tour the School (Available Year-Round)
    Explore our learning environment and ask any questions during a guided tour.

  3. Classroom Observation (School Year Only)
    Spend 30 minutes observing a classroom to experience our Montessori approach in action.

  4. Meeting with the Director & Final Application Submission
    After your tour and observation, you'll meet with our Director to discuss your family’s goals and learn more about our program.
    During this meeting, you'll also receive information about tuition and payment options.
    To complete your application, submit the final form along with the $50 non-refundable application fee (per family) within 48 hours.
    For mid-year enrollment, be sure to note your requested start date on the application.

  5. For Elementary & Middle School Applicants (K–8)
    A student visit and an additional meeting with the Director may be required.

  6. Notification of Acceptance
    If accepted, you will be notified by our admissions team. Our bookkeeper will then provide your tuition agreement and parent agreement.

  7. Enrollment
    To secure your child’s spot:

    • Submit both signed agreements

    • Pay the $700 non-refundable enrollment deposit (applied toward total tuition)

  8. Applicant Pool Status
    If your child is placed in the applicant pool, we will notify you when a space becomes available.
